Santoshi Maa Foundation hold a ‘Katha’ for St Luke’s
A religious Hindu ceremony raises money for their local hospice.
The Santoshi Maa Foundation are donating proceeds from their July, ‘Katha’ which is a reading of the Bhagavad-Gita (Hindu scripture) to St Luke’s.
St Luke’s Director of Fundraising, Pam Russell was invited to talk at the event and said, ‘We are extremely grateful for the support of the Foundation. As well as donating much needed funds, many members volunteer at the Hospice and take part in Fundraising events like the Midnight Walk’.
