Remember a loved one with a tribute page

After the death of a family member or a close friend, memories are very important. One way you can remember a loved one is by creating a tribute fund in their memory. This is a special way of making sure that the memory of the person lives on.

The tribute page is named in honour of the person being remembered and you can invite friends, family and colleagues to contribute and watch the fund grow. You can also personalise the page with your own memories and thoughts about what made your loved one special to their family, friends and colleagues, and you can upload a photo of them.

Every gift acts as a tribute to the special person in whose name the fund has been created, and will help to provide free hospice care for patients at St Luke’s and their families.
