There are lots of ways in which schools can get involved with St Luke’s from organising your own fundraising, to taking part in a St Luke’s event. Whatever your school’s involvement, the students will benefit from learning about the work of St Luke’s Hospice in our community and how they can help others.

Here are just a few ideas to help you get started:
Invite a St Luke’s fundraiser to give an assembly
Our team regularly visit schools, giving insights into how the hospice works and how your school can help.
Organise your own fundraising
Run your own cake sale, sponsored walk or non-uniform day to raise funds for St Luke’s. Raising just £40 will help one of our patients to be more comfortable by paying for a complementary therapy session.
Join in with our events
St Luke’s organise a whole host of events in which you can get involved. Click here to find out more. Our our Treasure Trail on Harrow-on-the-Hill, Santa Dash fun run and summer abseil all attract hundreds of school children from Harrow and Brent each year.
Citizenship
St Luke’s attends a range of citizenship events at local schools, getting students talking about the importance of supporting local charities, volunteering and careers in hospices.
