St Luke's receives Heart Improvement Award
On 24th March, St Luke’s Hospice received national recognition for developing integrated and high quality palliation for patients with advanced heart failure at the NHS Improvement Heart Conference that took place in London.
Over the last year, St Luke’s has been leading in providing high quality Palliative care treatment to patients with advanced heart failure. The partnership with NHS Brent has developed innovative ways for identifying patients who would benefit from a more holistic approach to their care and support for their carers.
