Volunteering

When you volunteer to work in one of the St Luke’s Hospice shops you are helping to ensure that we can continue to offer a vital service to the local community.

Volunteers carry out a variety of duties in our shops including sorting goods, preparing goods for sale and serving.Volunteers are encouraged to try all tasks but we understand if there is a strong preference.

Volunteers find the work enjoyable and rewarding for many reasons.You will meet new people and make new friends whilst doing valuable work within the community.For those that are looking to get back to work or a changing jobs we provide the opportunity to take qualifications in customer care.
