HR Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Contract: 12months fixed term contract, 37.5 hour per week
Salary: 20k-26k (depending on experience)

St Luke's Hospice looks after people in Harrow and Brent whose illnesses are no longer curable. We help and empower them to enjoy the best possible quality of life, knowing their family and carers are supported too. We aim to care for and support people in the place of their choice, whether it is in their own homes, supported by our Hospice at Home and Community Teams, in our Woodgrange Day Centre, or in our In Patient Unit.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Coordinator with excellent attention to detail, to support our HR Department with core administration tasks. The ideal applicant will be passionate about delivering an excellent customer service, enjoy problem solving, and take initiative to improve processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is keen to get a good spread of HR, covering administration in relation to recruitment and selection, on-boarding, benefits, our HR system, payroll, and day to day HR queries.

You will support staff at all levels with timely, operationally focussed robust advice that reflects the ethos of the organisation; coordinate entire recruitment process; maintain accurate and up to date records; assist in processing payroll.

Ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards qualification and will have experience of working in a busy office environment. She/he will also be able to start in September 2019.
