Families, friends, colleagues and even pet dogs got into the festive spirit at St Luke’s Santa Dash event which took place on Sunday 13 December. Over 300 people dressed in Santa suits and walked 3-miles around Pinner town in an effort to raise money for their local hospice. The walk started and finished at Nower Hill High School and all the dashing Santas received a medal and a well deserved mince pie on completion. A magnificent £6000 has been raised so far and donations are still coming in. Marigo Sevastopulo says, ‘It’s great fun and nice to raise money for the Hospice. It’s such a great cause and it’s something the whole family can get involved in.’

St Luke’s would like to thank everyone who supported this year’s Santa Dash event and we would like to give special thanks to our event sponsors. Wenzel’s provided mince pies for our participants and both Lawrence Grant and Lixmere Properties Limited donated funds towards the event.
