About the instructor:

“I fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago at university. I then travelled with a close friend and senior yoga teacher, who taught me yoga everywhere we went, from an apartment in Barcelona to the mountains in Peru. We spent much time in deep conversations about yoga philosophy and Buddhism.

Unbeknownst to me at the time, I also fell in love with what I now know to be called ‘mindfulness’ and felt a strong connection to the book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. At that point, I started meditating and have been doing so for over 15 years.”
