Fundraising Manager (events and community team)

Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday) including some evening and weekend working. 

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 depending on experience

Location: HA3 0YG – Office based in Harrow, with opportunities for up to 2 days a week working from home

About you:

Are you looking for a new challenge in a rewarding and varied role for a local hospice?  If so, this is the position for you! 

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Fundraising Manager, who thrives on inspiring a team of four fundraisers in the events and community team, and working with people.

You will have overall responsibility for our events and community income streams of £400 – £450k per year, managing a team of committed fundraisers and volunteers, and building relationships with individuals and local community groups to boost income and engagement with our hospice.

You will manage the development and delivery of our events and community fundraising programme, and lead on a strategy to build a diverse programme of activities, to grow and maximise income, and increase the level of our community engagement.

We are looking for a pro-active individual who is a great team player, and has the ability to build and nurture relationships internally and externally.
