Remember your loved one and celebrate their life with Light Up A Life
You are invited to remember the people you have loved and lost with St Luke’s special Light Up A Life. Share what your loved one means to you and see your dedication proudly featured on our online dedication page. You are warmly invited to visit the Hospice in the month of December to see our special Memory Garden where lights will be shining in celebration of everyone being remembered as part of this year’s Light Up A Life. You can also come into St Luke’s reception to write a personal dedication on a star and hang this on our special remembrance tree.
If you are able to make a heartfelt gift with your dedication, however much, you will help give compassionate and dignified care to people coping with end of life during their most vulnerable times. Thank you so much for your loving support.

Light Up A Life remembrance event
We held our in-person Light up a Life remembrance event on Sunday 3 December at St Luke’s Hospice. Local family and friends gathered to hear from St Luke’s staff and a family supported by the Hospice. There were moments of quiet reflection while listening to beautiful musical performances. The event culminated with a wonderful light show, illuminating the front of the Hospice building as well as the lighting up of our Memory Garden. Each light represents the life of someone special. Our Light Up A Life lights will keep shining throughout December and you are welcome to visit at anytime.
