You were there all the way with us when my grandfather became terminally ill. You kindly helped us and supported us every step of the way and even arranged (via Medequip) for my grandfather to have all his hospital provisions (e.g. hospital bed, commode, pressure mattress) on the very same day you spoke to me! You also very kindly helped us within minutes via [PALL24] over the Easter weekend when all other services were closed and my grandfather took a turn for the worse and after that helped to organise a space for him at St Luke’s hospice, where he was able to have a comfortable, dignified and peaceful death.
