Administration Volunteer

Commitment:

Each shift is typically 4 hours, one shift per 2 weeks minimum

Our Administration Volunteers provide great support for all departments in the hospice, from Finance to HR. The role offers a great variety of tasks.

Duties:

  • Stuffing envelopes with communications
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Typing up documents
  • Data input
  • Taking phone messages
  • Other reasonable duties as required by particular departments

What are we looking for?

  • Friendly, willing and helpful individuals
  • Good organisational skills
  • Flexible to complete a wide range of tasks or for different departments
  • Previous Admin experience is desired but not essential
  • Ability to use computers is desired however not essential
