When donating through the Big Give Christmas Campaign, your donation will support our nurses to answer a 24-hour advice line – PALL24.

Our excellent advice line is free of charge to people in Harrow and Brent.
However, it costs £169 per call for an experienced nurse to answer our telephone Advice Line and offer specialist support to people affected by serious, life-limiting illnesses. This December, we want to raise an extra £25,000 to fund 177 phone calls.
Your donations will help fund our skilled nurses to answer our advice line and offer specialist support to those affected by serious, life-limiting conditions. The line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Patients, carers, primary healthcare teams, nursing and care home staff and the London Ambulance Service can all access the line to gain advice for people living in Harrow and Brent, helping patients to be cared for whilst remaining in their homes.
