4th September 2021 - All Day
Imagine the adrenaline rush as you skydive from a plane at 10,000ft, heading towards the earth through clouds at 120mph before the parachute is deployed and you gently float down towards the fields. This could be your experience if you join a St Luke’s Hospice Skydive Day this year.
St Luke’s Hospice is taking over Hinton Airfield in September so that St Luke’s supporters can fundraise together to help people in Harrow and Brent.
Registration is just £75 and we ask you to raise a minimum of £400.
Your fundraising will help St Luke’s Hospice to care for people approaching the end of their life in Harrow and Brent. Supporting local people and their families is at the heart of what we do. We aim to give the people we care for the best possible quality of life, each and every day.
Places are limited so sign up today for the experience of a lifetime!
If you would like to find out more about this skydiving experience, or have any question about how to fundraise, please contact the fundraising team on email@example.com or call 020 8380 8023.
Case Study: Lisa Egan
‘I did skydives in 2009 and 2019 in memory of my dad Tom and my best friend’s mum Bernie O’Shea. I can’t describe the feeling, it’s incredible, it’s amazing! I was so nervous, but its excitement, fear, adrenaline, but all in all it’s a great feeling, especially when you are sitting at the edge of the plane waiting to go out because you’re thinking “oh my gosh!”, it is incredible. I would recommend doing a skydive to anyone, it’s an experience that you would never have, it’s an adrenaline rush that you would never experience with anything else I don’t think, and you always feel really safe as well, I would definitely recommend it to anyone. ‘
