St Luke’s was founded by local communities, and we rely on your support for 60% of our funding.
If you are part of a local group or organisation and would like to get involved in helping St Luke’s Hospice care for people across Harrow and Brent we would be thrilled to have your support.
There are lots of ways for your group to support the Hospice, from taking part in our events, helping run a collection, to raising money from your group’s members by organising your own ‘in aid of St Luke’s’ event. We can help provide fundraising ideas and inspiration, and would be delighted to talk to your group about St Luke’s work, we could even arrange a visit to the hospice for you to see how the funds you raise will be used to help local people.
You can contact the team on fundraising@stlukes-hospice.org or over the phone by calling 020 8382 8093. With your help St Luke’s Hospice can support even more people living with an incurable illness.

Case study
St Gregory’s Catholic Science College in Kenton is passionate about working in collaboration with the local community and supports the end of life care at St Luke’s Hospice. Former Deputy Head Teacher, Matt Fletcher says, ‘I am always amazed at the ingenuity shown by teachers and pupils in developing novel and fun ways to raise much-needed funds for the Hospice. Pupils from across year groups raise money for patients and their families as part of St Gregory’s affiliation with the Hospice. In 2019 this amounted to an incredible £3,270 and took the total for the decade to a whopping £19,000!’
St Gregory’s also donates use of its main hall twice a year for the St Luke’s Hospice Quiz. With over 150 attendees this twice yearly fundraiser helps generate around £6,000 per year. PE and Food Technology Teacher Damian Cullen says, ‘The pupils love supporting the hospice and it’s good for them to learn that they can make a real difference for local people’. Assistant Head Teacher Toby Knights is excited about the future, ‘I’m really keen to continue to strengthen the ties between St. Gregory’s Catholic Science College and St Luke’s Hospice and to help to fundraise with pupils.’
