Contract: Permanent contract 37.5 hours per week (flexible 6/7 day rota)
Salary: £28,548 per annum
Location: Waverley Industrial Park, Harrow, HA1 4TR (covering other hospice shops ad hoc if needed)

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as Shop Manager for St Luke’s Hospice Waverley Store. As a crucial member of our hospice community, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families.
St Luke’s Hospice – Caring for Harrow and Brent St Luke’s Hospice cares for people approaching the end of their life in Harrow and Brent. Job Purpose and scope
The Manager of St Luke’s Hospice Waverley Superstore Charity Shop is responsible for the overall management of the charity shop. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it is properly staffed, and overseeing the inventory and financial management of the shop. The Manager is also responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers, donors, and volunteers, and ensuring that the shop is meeting its financial and fundraising goals to support the work of St Luke’s Hospice.
