Big Give Christmas Challenge
Our Big Give Christmas Challenge was a fantastic success again this year, thanks to fourteen local supporters and Reed Foundation, who pledged £12,500 match funding, and our amazing local community, who pulled together and donated an additional £15,744 during the 7-day appeal.
A total of £28,244 was raised to fund our 24-hour advice line – PALL24. This money will fund 167 new calls. Ensuring those living alongside a life-limiting illness have someone to turn to at the end of a phone whenever they need it.
The quote below, shared by one of our families, shows the difference our advice line makes:

Many different individuals, community groups, businesses supported our Big Give Campaign by donating
and having their donation DOUBLE.
Your donations to the Big Give Christmas Campaign supported our nurses to answer a 24-hour advice line – PALL24.
Our excellent advice line is free of charge to people in Harrow and Brent.
Your donations will help fund our skilled nurses to answer our advice line and offer specialist support to those affected by serious, life-limiting conditions. The line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Patients, carers, primary healthcare teams, nursing and care home staff and the London Ambulance Service can all access the line to gain advice for people living in Harrow and Brent, helping patients to be cared for whilst remaining in their homes.
