St Luke’s Home Care Team shortlisted for national award

We’re delighted to share that our St Luke’s Home Care Team – which includes Pall 24, Hospice at Home and Brokerage – has been shortlisted for the Hospice Team Award at the upcoming Palliative & End of Life Care Awards 2025.

This nomination recognises the team’s outstanding commitment to delivering seamless, responsive care to patients in their own homes – providing 24/7 telephone support from registered nurses and hands-on personal care from our dedicated healthcare assistants. 

It’s a unique model that ensures patients and families receive immediate help whenever they need it. 

Judging takes place on 20 May, and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on 27 June.
